The word search project was my first real Java program. Before working on it I was struggling with just about all java concepts. Towards the end of the project everything began to click. I finally reached the point where I knew what questions to ask and how to ask them. After finding the Stack Overflow community my education in programming began to grow exponentially. Google became my best friend and I no longer needed my teachers help. This is the beginning of my journey.
